Collection & delivery

Scheduled collection and delivery is available to Corporate clients. Delivery is quoted separately based on:

  • Location
  • Collection frequency
  • Laundry volume
  • Number of collection points
  • Turnaround requirements

Large contract accounts may receive preferential logistics rates.

Before you order

Corporate terms

  • Minimum Corporate order: KSh 5,000 per collection.
  • Standard turnaround: 24–72 hours, depending on volume and item category.
  • Express turnaround: subject to capacity, and a 30% express surcharge.
  • VAT: applicable VAT will be charged where required.
  • Damaged / unsuitable items: Laundry Central Kenya reserves the right to assess items before processing where fabric condition, contamination or construction may present a processing risk.
  • Specialised contamination: chemical, biohazardous, heavily oil-contaminated or otherwise hazardous materials require prior disclosure and assessment.
